Key Messages

 

The party consists of one hour in the gym and one hour in our Veranda Area.  The children can play freely in the purpose-built gym area.  There will be a member of staff in the gym to monitor health and safety only.  Parents/Party organisers are expected to supervise the party and are responsible for any damaged caused.  The Veranda Area is available for your party food and drinks.  PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE PARTY AREA IS CLEAN AND TIDY BEFORE YOU LEAVE IN CONSIDERATION OF OTHER USERS. 

 

​Baby/Toddler Parties

 

Parties may be booked for a Saturday (Gym Gems room) or Sunday in the main Gym hall (Bank & School Holidays may be available by prior arrangement and only subject to availability)

 

Rules

 

We ask for a donation of £90.00, to secure your reservation.  

All cheques to be made to EVGC. Banking details are available. 

All bookings are subject to availability of the gym and coach. 

The maximum number of persons attending a party is 40. 

Age groups from 5 to 16yrs, other ages by arrangement. 

Under 5yrs only by prior arrangement & each child must have a supervising adult. 

Prices are for the hire of the gym and coaches only; no food is provided. 

A fine (£10) will be charged if the balcony and kitchen areas are left untidy and not clean.
