Party booking 

​What's Included

  • 2 hours total: 1 hour in the gym, 1 hour in our Veranda Area

  • Children can play freely in our purpose-built gym area

  • A member of staff will be in the gym to monitor health and safety

  • The Veranda Area is available for your party food and drinks

 
Parent/Organiser Responsibilities

  • Parents/party organisers are expected to supervise the party

  • Parents/organisers are responsible for any damage caused

  • Please ensure the party area is clean and tidy before you leave, in consideration of other users — a £10 fine applies if the balcony and kitchen areas are left untidy or not clean

 
Baby/Toddler Parties

  • Available Saturdays (Gym Gems room) or Sundays in the main Gym hall

  • Bank and school holidays may be available by prior arrangement, subject to availability

 
Booking & Pricing

  • £90 donation secures your reservation for the first 10 children

  • Additional children: £8 per head, counted on the day

  • Payments by cheque made payable to EVGC (banking details available on request)

  • All bookings subject to availability of the gym and coach

  • Prices cover hire of the gym and coaches only — no food is provided

 
Numbers & Ages

  • Maximum 40 people attending a party

  • Age groups 5–16 years; other ages by arrangement

  • Under 5s only by prior arrangement, and each child must have a supervising adult
